I'm the UX Writer for Yotpo's email product line, helping merchants reach their customers as effectively as possible.

I was the first content designer for Quantive, an OKR software solution based in Bulgaria. My focus included writing copy, training designers, and creating documentation.

I wrote for two Wix products in Ukraine: Online Programs, a course-creation tool, and Groups, a platform designed to foster community and connection.

I was a librarian before anything else, and the job gave me a fresh perspective on information architecture. OFPL is where I got my first taste of interface structure, marketing copy, and writing book reviews.

Like many writers, I got my start as a freelancer. I've tackled content creation and strategy for multiple companies--including Calm Radio, Dash Solutions, Snaige, BankFeeds, and Golden Staff--individually or as part of an agency.
